How to manage your letting (as a landlord/lady) or rental (as a home seeker) goals in uncertain times of the coronavirus pandemic and the delay in economic exit negotiations
As the adverse effects of the coronavirus continue together with the uncertainty linked the UK’s economic exit agreement from the EU’s single market, many landlords/ladies and home seekers/tenants are still asking questions about the effects of these two issues (Covid-19 and economic exit) on their letting activities for landlords/ladies or rental applications/tenancies for home seekers/renters.
These questions are asked as new health restrictions will be in force from this Monday the 14th of September 2020 with regard to the protection against the new spikes of the coronavirus pandemic. They are as well raised by non-UK citizen landlords/ladies and tenants/home seekers with ordinary income earning capacities. They are asking how the delay in the next stage of economic exit negotiations between the UK and EU would respectively affect their letting and rental situations.
In order to deal with their concern, we are holding customised sessions with them to provide information and guidance to their specific questions to help where we can to reduce worries and anxieties they may have in relation to the consequences from the new health restrictions, economic exit negotiations delay from the EU’s single market and any potential unknown factors linked to the property market.
The purpose of this week’s session
We are working with both landlords/ladies and tenants/home seekers of ordinary income earning capacity to try to reduce level of anxiety amongst them regarding their property needs. It is hoped that this week’s session will help them to manage uncertainty and risk associated to the above mentioned restrictions and delay.
Who will run this week’s sessions
This week’s session will be run by landlords/ladies and tenants/home seekers. It is them to raise the questions or issues they have in relation to the uncertain and delaying times. We will then try to find together possible leads to questions to be raised.
Add-ons
Besides the Key theme of the week on how to manage your property goals in uncertain and delaying times, there will be some add-ons.
The following will be added to the landlords’/ladies’ session:
